Street Taco Chefs
Interactive taco bar featuring authentic meats and accompaniments, fajita- style seasonal veggies and roasted corn sauté.
Salt Block Ceviche
Chefs will mix ceviche to-order (prawn and white fish options) on slabs of Himalayan salt, tossing in the variety of fresh, colorful and crunchy toppings that are right for you. Served with house-fried chili-lime dusted tortilla chips for scooping.
Bao Bun Bar
Steamed Asian bao, with your selection of filling served with fresh and house-pickled veggies.
Asian Lettuce Cups
Let our chefs know what you consider the perfectly built lettuce cup, choose from chicken, tofu and a variety of fresh and crunchy toppings.

Strolling Station
Party food is even better when it makes its way to you instead of the other way around. Our sleek and minimalist strolling station will wind its way throughout your party. Guests can grab a nibble and get right back to their conversation. Themed options for the strolling station include bite-sized brunch, charcuterie display, tea party treasures, and mini desserts explosion.
Live Action Desserts
Deep Freeze Custard Pops
Frozen-to-order on dramatic slabs of dry ice, with a wide variety of toppings. This is the station they’ll be talking about long after your event.
The Filling Station
Crisp pastry shells, Sicilian cannoli, and shot glasses (gluten free option) are piped to order at the Tony Caters filling station by our chef attendants. Guests can add a variety of toppings such as chopped pistachio, rainbow sprinkles, dulce de leche and sweetened coconut.
Beignet Filling Station
New Orleans-style beignets are that much sweeter when our chefs fill them to order with your favorite filling. Customize your sweet treat even more by adding your own powdered sugar, sprinkle-on toppings, sauces and fresh whipped cream.
Flambé Station
The only drama we expect at your party is the high-fire flambe from our chefs’ sauté pans. Flambe always gets rave reviews, and some of our favorites include flaming churros with boozy caramel sauce, bananas foster, cherries jubilee and seasonal fruit crisp.
Fire & Ice
End your event on the highest note possible! Fire and Ice brings together one selection from our Flambe Station with our famous Deep Freeze Custard Pops.
