Founder + Owner, Tony Caters and Smashing Dishes Catering & Events
Founder and owner, Tony Santos, is a San Jose native whose intrinsic love of food and entrepreneurship inspired him to launch Tony Caters in 2009. Originally conceived as a lunch stop in the heart of the Silicon Valley, Tony Caters has since expanded to an experienced catering service specializing in corporate and special events. Tony Caters prides itself on making your event seamless – and delicious.
Tony received his business degree from Santa Clara University in 2000 and immediately entered the corporate workforce, working for companies ranging from Apple to the Tech Museum of San Jose. In 2005, he took a chance and changed careers, starting with his graduation from the Le-Cordon-Bleu-certified California Culinary Academy.
