End your special event on a high note with a sweet ending from the Tony Caters culinary team. Our hands-down favorite is a mini desserts display featuring a variety of memorable miniatures. The variety can include gluten free and even dairy free options, and just some of the showstoppers include, chocolate lover’s trifle, key lime tartlets, raspberry cheesecake parfaits, mini tiramisu, churros con chocolate and seasonal fruit pie shooters.
Some of our favorite plated options are dark chocolate pot de creme with cinnamon whipped cream and bourbon-braised bread pudding with salted caramel drizzle.
